Dear seniors and senior families,

As we approach the final weeks of the school year, it is time to celebrate the outstanding accomplishments of the Class of 2026.  You have enjoyed an excellent year, and we are confident that your remaining days at Wilton High School will be just as rewarding.  As announced in January, the Class of 2026 Graduation Ceremony will be on Saturday, June 13 at 1:00 PM on Fujitani Field.  

A couple of important details:

1. In case of inclement weather, we will hold the ceremony in the Field House at 1:00 PM.  If the ceremony is indoors, each graduate will be limited to six guests (outdoor seating is unlimited). Information on where and when to pick up tickets will be shared in the coming weeks.

2. Please keep an eye out for emails and mailers from Island Photography. Their photographers will photograph each graduate during the ceremony, and you will be able to view and purchase these photos online. 

Additionally, there are several exciting events that have been scheduled to mark the end of the year.   We will send out additional details for these events and for graduation throughout May, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Upcoming Senior Events (in chronological order):

• Senior Interest Project: begins Monday, May 18.  Seniors should be on the lookout for emails from project advisors Mr. Durkee and Ms. Peterson.

• Academic & Community Awards Ceremony: Monday, May 18 at 9:20 AM in the Field House.  Parents/guardians of award recipients will receive an invitation to the ceremony.

• Fine and Performing Arts Awards Ceremony: Wednesday, May 20 at 7:30 PM in the Little Theater.  More information will come directly from the FAPA department.

• Senior Prom: Saturday, June 6 at Stepping Stones Museum.  Tickets will be on sale the week of May 11; more information will be shared soon.

• Lower School Walkthrough and Yearbook Distribution: Wednesday, June 10 at approximately 9 AM.

  • Seniors will have the opportunity to do a ‘farewell tour’ at Cider Mill and Middlebrook, then return to WHS to pick up and sign their yearbooks. More details to follow. 

• Field Day and Senior Picnic: Thursday, June 11 at approximately 10 AM. More details to follow.

• Athletic Awards Ceremony: Thursday, June 11 at 6 PM.  More information will come directly from the Athletics department.

• Mandatory Graduation Rehearsal: Friday, June 12 at 1:00 PM in the Clune Auditorium. Caps and gowns will be distributed immediately after rehearsal.

In closing, we look forward to hosting these upcoming celebrations and creating meaningful, lasting memories for the exceptional Class of 2026 and their families.  Congratulations to our seniors!
